Accountabilities to the Patient Support Associate
Patient Support Program Associate. Performance model by:
- Vendors, coordinate interactions between SF members and In Field Stakeholders.
- Collaborates with Product Managers to PSP materials
- Generates valuable insights & KPI for the brand
- Support Digital services, web page & apps
- Create multichannel communications with patients and HCPs
- Reporting tools maintenance
- Create an excellence environment though continuous improvement methods.
- Achieves Program objectives measured by specific KPI’s by brand
- Collaborates with Product Managers to implement agreed Program objectives in line with brand marketing strategy
- Generates valuable insights for the brands to feed the BAI process
- Identifies and establishes high quality customer relationships and internal collaboration
- Develops in-depth knowledge of the product(s), market, stakeholders and competitors
- Works within agreed budgets

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Product Manager to create scope of work for the PSP (includes objectives, KPI’s and required data needs)
- Assures the achievement of established KPI’s by PSP vendor
- Guarantees the successful operations of Amgen´s patient support program by overseeing cross portfolio activities including Planning, Program Implementation, Program Maintenance, -
- Program Redesign and Program Close Out.
- Ensures fully compliant practices, policies & procedures; works closely with Safety, Compliance, and other partners/ stakeholders
- Resolves customer complaints and implements improvements to avoid recurrence.
- Develops and coordinates the PSP projects and implementation plans.
- Operates within the agreed expense budget aligned with PSP priorities
- Follow up with PSP vendor to ensure update of database in a CRM platform
- Provides accurate and in-Depth analysis to support strategic PSP reports. PSP-KPI evaluation
- Develop and create PSP reports using tools such as: Patient Connect and Tableau
- Weekly and Monthly digital performance measurement.
- Multichannel Flow design for HCPs & Patients. Develop the capabilities for mobile reports (Patient connect)
- Veeva Material approvals
- Create and Patient Connect report training for sales force
- Marketing Cloud implementation
- Communicate with sales force PSP reports
- In PSP data base administration.
- Deliver business improvements proposals related to stakeholders reaching and potential.
- Train new sales force members in all PSP digital Platforms
- Ensures fully compliant practices, policies & procedures; works closely with Safety, Compliance, and other partners/ stakeholders
Required experience & Skills to the Patient Support Associate
•3 years proven experience in PSP, Marketing or Market Research within the pharmaceutical industry
•Bachelor´s Degree in Business administration or Health in science
•Strong analytical & planning skills
•Ability to manage cross – functional relationships and work effectively in team environment
•Highly skilled in communication & service (Sales force, PM´s & BUDs)
•Experience leading third parties
•Bilingual
•Ethical Driver
