Contribute to the team by driving new initiatives with corresponding system enhancements according to company policies and anti-money laundering guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support New Initiatives and System Enhancements Projects

Support to drive new initiatives for payment channels to meet business needs: 

  • Lead premium collection team’s new initiatives and manage resources to coordinate system enhancements projects

  • Support to prepare risk papers or other documentations as required to seek for management’s decision

  • Liaise with business counterparts (e.g. banks/ vendors), Operations Business Solutions Team and IT to work out schedule for new services/system enhancements

  • Review and analyze on terms & conditions/ risk/ pricing among the potential vendors and during renewal of service agreement

  • Provide regular updates of new initiatives/ project status to management

  • Follow procurement guidelines and process bidding whenever necessary

  • Support to prepare user requirements, and review and provide support on UAT plan for system modification to meet new services and regulatory requirements

  • Provide briefing before implementation of new services/ system functions

Regular update Premium Collection Guideline on Intranet and Company website

Ensure the updates of Premium Collection Guidelines in Intranet, Company website and/ or customer correspondence whenever necessary for new services.

Project Management

  • Conduct training and coaching to staff

  • Monitor and assist staff in project management

  • Manage resources to ensure adequate back-up to support projects/enhancements in the team

Other responsibilities

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University/College graduate plus 3 years’ working experience in banking/ insurance industry

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive and a problem solver in a fast-moving industry

  • Good command of spoken and written English l Good teamwork and collaboration

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Detail minded, efficient, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
