Payroll Senior Specialist
As Payroll Senior Specialist you will be responsible of the administration, processing and delivery of payroll, employee inquiry management and issue resolution. You will work with external vendors and internal partners to ensure the timely and accuracy data process and delivery of end-to-end employee payroll processing.
Furthermore, you will participate in external and internal audits related to payroll processes ensuring that HR data policies, processes, work instructions and applicable mandatory information is updated and available.
You should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, HR Administration, Business Administration or related field of study.
- 3+ years payroll operations experience.
- Knowledge in CFDI, Local Taxes, FONACOT, INFONAVIT and Social Security (IDSE, SUA, Integrated Salary).
- Experience in SAP HR, Key User testing, in 3 payroll frequencies (weekly, semi-monthly and monthly), shadow payroll and expatriate treatment.
- Know-how of end-to-end payroll processing, including time management, leave administration, registration, pay processing, payroll taxes, reporting, GL and experience dealing with payroll queries and issues from employees.
- Fluent business English.
