Responsible for end to end payroll administration and support for AIA Philippines.

• Oversees the end to end processing of payroll on a daily basis
  • Provides guidance to final pay processors in the routing of clearance, computation and tracking of final payments
  • Responsible in releasing final pay checks and documents
  • Performs 1st level review of final pay computation
  • Coordinates with finance/treasury on all final pay related transactions
  • Acts as 1st point of escalation
  • Seeks guidance from immediate manager/department head as needed
• Ensures final pay checks and documents are ready for release within the established TAT for release of final pay checks
• Responsible in reviewing and providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
  • Ensures timeliness, accuracy and completeness of reports:
    • final pay entries submitted to finance (monthly)
    • taxes withheld from final pay reported to payroll team (monthly)
    • provided to third parties on final pay deductions (monthly)
    • retirement pay charged against the retirement fund (bi-weekly)
    • Coordinates with external payroll service provider on the final pay data for inclusion in the alphalist.
    • Ensures timely submission, accuracy and completeness of final pay data sent to external payroll service provider on a monthly basis for inclusion in the alphalist.
    • Reviews final pay alphalist data with external service provider every quarter and at year end (annual).
    • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

​Minimum Requirements:

• College graduate preferably with subject/background on accounting
• With experience in payroll processing
• With average knowledge on the use of excel
