A world class logistics and supply chain corporate is seeking for the Payroll Specialist to take up the all rounded end-to-end C&B related operations in an accurate and timely manner. You will have the exposure on the HRIS change management, working with the multinational companies and business partners from different level. The duration of the contract is 2 years. Competitive salary and benefit package will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all rounded end-to-end C&B related matters inclusive of payroll calculation and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, rewards and performance projects, leave data and MPF administration
• Oversee HRIS (IPL)'s change management, new releases, and initiatives to ensure deliverables are met according to agreed timeline and standard
• Prepare C&B related reports and analysis for management review; involve in headcount reports, budgeting and forecasting on a quarterly basis
• Handle tax filing to ensure accuracy & conformance with regulations
• Assist in HR annual process such as Budgeting, Salary Review, Performance Management
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirement

• Degree Holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from logistics industry or other face-paced industries
• Well versed with HK Labour Law
• Experienced in IPL system is an advantage
• Excellent team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and capable to work across all levels
• Able to work under tight schedules and react to change
• Proficient in PC applications in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Immediately available is preferred
