You are responsible for
Provide Call Management System (CMS) support to handle employee inquiries regarding wage garnishments.
Ensures proper setup and maintenance of garnishments for employees in the payroll system.
Responsible for acting as a vendor liaison and ensuring a successful and productive vendor relationship.
Responsible for delivery reports for the Department of Labor and Bureau of Labor Statistics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Responsible for the payroll processing of Fleet file.
Support HR, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding, Payroll Tax and International Mobility colleagues with all phone, mail and email requests.
Represent Administration and Payroll on a variety of cross disciplinary teams.
When applicable, process off-cycle checks as requested by representatives of the business units
Assist with additional Administration and Payroll related functions and perform other duties as assigned.
Act as a backup to the Leaves team this includes:
Ensures adherence to the short-term disability and FMLA policies and explain policy details to employees
Monitors claim status updates for employees on short-term disability/FMLA and analyzes the impact of these changes on employee's pay.
You are a part of
- A role within the Human Resource organization. Provides transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes (eg. personnel & payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates. Functions as expert regarding all aspects of data and payroll processing.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Thorough and diligent working style.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of office applications (MS Excel; MS Word; MS PowerPoint; MS Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
