Ability to maintain system settings and tightly partner with vendors, have proven organizational change management abilities to help drive adoption, transformation, and digitization in our payroll environment. In this function you will: Provide payroll leadership by adhering to standard departmental policies, processes, and documentation guidelines. Perform system administration duties and maintenance for our Canada payroll system (ADP), our outsourced U.S. employment tax system (ADP) and our new U.S. payroll system (Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Pro). Act as a liaison with IT and outside payroll vendors to ensure smooth payroll processing Benchmark with other companies to compare Eaton U.S. and Canada payroll processing Understand and trouble shoot data interfaces into and out of the payroll systems Ensure integration of the North America payroll sub ledgers with the general ledgers, providing accurate financial reporting Ensure system controls to provide compliance to laws and regulations including US GAAP, statutory/local GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Eaton policies for the payroll sub-ledgers. Drive continuous improvement using LEAN, problem solving tools and other Eaton Business System (EBS) tools to improve system efficiency and effectiveness and enhance digitization. Are you? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor´s Degree from an accredited institution At least 1 year working knowledge of office 365 tools No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA will be considered.
