Job Description

1 Payroll Inplementation, Reporting and Analysis
- work closely with internal HR, payroll service providers, and all the related parties to manage and process all monthly payroll implementation;
- lead payroll calculation, payroll payment and IIT calculation with payroll service provider on monthly basis, deal with ad-hoc cases;
- timely and accurately operates submission/payment of statutory obligations, deliver payroll documents, incl. payment voucher, GL file, bank file, audit reports, etc.
- be responsible for payroll related reports and data analysis to relevant parties per business requirement
- provide reconciliation of payroll related expenses based on accounting schedule;
- support annual tax filing process
- continuously maintain payroll schedule and Payroll team calendar
2 C&B related Policies and Processes Implementation
- work closely and cooperate with internal HR for policies and processes implementation
- continuously acquire professional knowledge of responsible cities payroll, social security and IIT policies;
- be responsible for latest policy publication and system configuration
- be responsible for employee benefits operation management
- provide expertise support to employees, managers and HRM’s on C&B/ IIT inquiries.
3 Quality Assurance
- be responsible for quality and performance metrics of C&B process
- implement checking/control and monitor steps for payroll with proper record and documentation
- ensure sufficient self-checking procedure aligned with payroll SOP and HR relevant process
- support payroll documentations and authorizations for internal and external audits
4 Process Optimization and System Enhancement
- drive internal process optimization with key stakeholders and refine payroll operations
- build up knowledge base which regards to C&B operation
- collaborate with vendors to ensure their systems are updated accordingly
- coordinate with various stakeholders including employees on process or system change readiness
- support on HR Service Center related automation/digitalization project
