Our Royal Canin Vision is to grow the Science Health Nutrition category in partnership with retailers. To continue to generate category growth in an OMNI-channel reality, the Global Perfect Store & Perfect Digital Store Manager will develop, deploy and track PS/PDS guidelines to SPT customers in order to future proof our core and create new business models. The ambition is to become the partner of choice of preferred SPT retailers and drive Royal Canin product recommendation at the service of a growing SPT channel [off and online]

 

What would be your responsibilities?

1. Lead the Perfect Store & Perfect Digital Program deployment (with regional support) across priority markets 
2. Own and deliver the roadmap to enhance and develop the PS/PDS programs, ensuring they stay a leading edge programs driving category growth and execution with customers
3. Own and continually improve the Digital Merchandising Key Beliefs (MKBs) and T&L agenda in partnership with the Global CMI team and MARS Pet Nutrition global team.
4. Collaborate with Content & Hub teams to lead an efficient content creation process & roadmap in support of our Digital Merchandising Strategy, standardized Perfect Product Page approach and continuous improvement of digital merchandising initiatives. 
5. Facilitate connections between regions and/or markets to share knowledge, challenges and opportunities. Support the building and development of a Perfect Store and Perfect Digital Store community.
6. Track and analyze Global compliance region and build Global Customer dashboard (2x per year) with the support of the  Regional/Market Perfect Store / Perfect Digital store Champions.

 

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years in B2B or B2C Digital Marketing/Digital platform management
• Comfortable with project management in complex cross-functional environment 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of executives, managers and potentially stakeholders.
• Proven successful track record on eCommerce and/or e-business development 
• Experience in international environment
