? Provide qualified nursing care and education to patients and their family members.
? Supervise the lower level nurses, coordinates between relevant staff, and be able to act as charge nurse at department level.

? Licensing Needed - Registered nurse in China;
? Minimum Education Requirement - Polytechnic nursing school graduate, associate nursing degree or above preferred
? Minimum Experience Requirement - >5 years working experience in nursing, including at least 2 years RN working experience overseas; or above 2 years joint venture nursing experience in China preferred for new hires, or on service nurses successfully pass the UFH level 3 nurse promotion exam.
? BLS, PALS certification according to policy.
