Responsible for managing day-to-day human resources inquiries and enhancing HR automation capabilities• Handle general inquiries raised and logged through case management via employee portal (e.g. Payroll discrepancies, Taxes, Policy Clarifications)
• Provide advice and guidance to employees on standard policy matters
• Escalate exception case to either HRBP or HR functional specialist for complex employee relation matters
• Liaise and monitor the delivery of services by external vendors for payroll, employment screening, tax advisory
• Enhance chatbot capabilities using content management portal, improve knowledge articles, and identify process and operation improvement opportunities
• Handle and resolve exceptions generated by automation tool
• Identify process/operations improvement opportunity based on day-to-day tasks management as well as feedback from employees
• Analytical skill to assist in troubleshooting exceptions
• Critical Thinking - Problem Solving skills
• Interest in leveraging technology to improve productivity and effectiveness
• Experience in using Workday is preferred but not required
