Job Description

Responsible for managing day-to-day human resources inquiries and enhancing HR automation capabilities

• Handle general inquiries raised and logged through case management via employee portal (e.g. Payroll discrepancies, Taxes, Policy Clarifications)
• Provide advice and guidance to employees on standard policy matters

Escalate exception case to either HRBP or HR functional specialist for complex employee relation matters

Liaise and monitor the delivery of services by external vendors for payroll, employment screening, tax advisory

• Enhance chatbot capabilities using content management portal, improve knowledge articles, and identify process and operation improvement opportunities

Handle and resolve exceptions generated by automation tool

Identify process/operations improvement opportunity based on day-to-day tasks management as well as feedback from employees

Analytical skill to assist in troubleshooting exceptions

Critical Thinking - Problem Solving skills

Interest in leveraging technology to improve productivity and effectiveness

Experience in using Workday is preferred but not required
