Job Description

Responsible for administration of incentives accruals & payouts, rewards related surveys, insurance renewal, recognition & engagement programs, employee share schemes, and any other benefits related administration. Support year-end performance management, pay review exercise, and implementation of any new initiatives. Provide advisory and expertise in relation to people matters.

  • Support the annual pay review process including reviewing market benchmarks and salary ranges, and analysis of recommendations.
  • Lead the participation of salary & benefits surveys and support the competitive analysis/benchmarking.
  • Lead the administration of incentive accruals/payouts, rewards related surveys, employee insurance, recognition & engagement programs, and employee share schemes & any other benefits matters.
  • Handle employee queries on Rewards related matters.
  • Support implementation of any new initiatives
  • Provide People Advisory support to assigned Business Units which includes the management of the onboarding, offboarding, work pass management, entry approvals, HRIS administration, etc.
