People Analytics (PA) is seeking a customer first, results oriented Senior Data Analyst to join the Customer Facing Analytics Team. PA is responsible for providing advanced data analysis and insights that unleashes the power of people data to enable strategic talent decisions.
The Sr. Data Analyst will directly support business HR (BHR) groups in obtaining the data, analytics, and insights required to drive value within the business. This role will work in partnership with the BHR VP and his Directors who oversee the growth strategy for our Manufacturing and Technology Development business groups. The Analyst will provide action-oriented analytics through the discovery of patterns and insights to identify and enable opportunities and interventions that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically aligns data analytics support with the needs of Intel business HR leaders and HR Program offices
Assists senior HR leaders in the interpretation and management of HR data
Synthesizes and interprets data through the recognition of trends and casual patterns using statistical analysis, draws conclusions/insights, and makes recommendations
Provides exquisite customer experience for BHR data customers and HR Center of Excellence
Provide data consultancy, support and navigation to all HR data requests through a simple and agile process
Be the face of PA to Business HR leaders and represent the full PA portfolio of products and services
Proven ability to tell a compelling story with data and ignite action
Ability to deal with ambiguous and complex work situations
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a quantitative scientific or engineering field such as statistics, mathematics, business analytics, computer science, or closely related field of study.
6+ years of work related experience
4+ years of experience with data, reporting, research and advanced analytics, preferably in a People Analytics or HR setting
4+ years of experience consulting with or working within a business-facing role
Project management track record
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Advanced English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of HR data, reporting, and analytics systems
Strong executive presence and general management acumen and experience
Developing strategies, influencing and building effective working partnerships across organizations
Track record of successfully developing, leading, and delivering global projects
Experience working in Tableau and Power BI is a plus

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
