Purpose of Job

Reporting to the Director and Manager of People Culture & Development, this position is responsible for providing end-to-end support to the People Culture & Development Team on employer branding, internal communications, talent development programmes and learning & development initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide full support and handle independently the different tasks related to our Management Trainee Programme, including recruitment and the on-boarding cycle
• Provide support in employer branding activities such as but not limited to social media platform management, career fairs, universities campus talks, etc.
• Provide support on a range of learning & development initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Assist on the different tasks related to Talent Development Programme
• Handle regular reporting and administration tasks related to the projects and initiatives of the People Culture & Development Team

Do you have the following?

• Degree in Human Resources Management or in related discipline
• With at least two years of solid experience in human resources, preferably in hotel or related industries. Experience in talent development and/ employer branding related area would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, creative, independent, mature, organised, with multi-tasking capability, and can work well in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
• Good at posters and artwork design
• Knowledge on social media platforms, photo and video editing applications would be a definite advantage
