Job Title: People & Organization Manager, Xinghuo Site

Location: Fengxian, Shanghai

• Contribute, as a member of the site MT, to the development and implementation of company strategy.
• Partners with management on initiatives to develop and enhance high performance and an inclusive and collaborative culture of the internal organization. (culture and organization development).
• Partners with management in the execution of strategic workforce planning.
• Partners with management to develop initiatives for enhancing workforce effectiveness and coaching line management on people management responsibilities. It contains people management development initiatives, team development initiatives and individual coaching and feedback.
• Act as a change agent in the implementation of organizational and cultural changes.
• Facilitates, supports and advices o the execution of strategic P&O processes and policies that have a line management responsibility (liaising with the CoE where applicable). Safe guards the human touch. Key processes are performance management, career management, talent acquisition, learning & development and reward & recognition. Provides management information and recommendations based on workforce analytics etc.
• Establish and direct employee/labour relation strategies and policies for the company and, if applicable, prepare and carry out negotiations with unions within company mandates. Collaboratively work with DVSL labor union to harmonize the relationship between employee and company.
• Implement and coordinate all company and P&O systems and initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations and report to Site Manager any new law and regulations which could impact the site.
• Manage, develop, coach and motivate subordinates to voluntarily contribute to departmental and company goals, appraising each subordinate in a timely manner concerning their contribution and providing a positive psychological work environment to ensure greater individual and team productivity and improved operating efficiency.
• Contribute to the establishment of the manufacturing plan and implement action(s) within responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with all SHE, security & Q requirements and regulatory directives applicable in P&O department.
• Act as Mindset & Behavior champion & team work champion in site DICI journey to cultivate and improve site continuous improvement culture.
• Lead & Coach general management office assistant to manage site annual outing.
• Lead site P&O team to organize site annual dinner etc. activities.
  

The Ideal:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources/psychology /business administration or other functional related to P&O Management.
• 10+ years’ experience and knowledge in a broad field of P&OM disciplines.
• Business acumen.
• Courage & integrity.
• Good communication and influence skills.
• Project and change management skills.
• Negotiating skills.
• Fluent English
