At Siemens, People and Organization (P&O) Business Partners are primarily coaches and consultants. The role is that of a P&O business partner (formerly known as an HR Business partner at Siemens) who will be the trusted advisor to the business, offering informed recommendations, facilitating decision making, and executing towards future oriented business goals with a culture first lens and a growth mindset. They will continually influence the management team within Siemens Financial Services, driving key initiatives and actions focused on emerging people topics and evolving needs of the business, through close partnership with their Sr. P&O Business partner and the full P&O/HR ecosystem. In this role, you will be: • A critical thinker and innovator. You are a strong listener with a confident, informed, and equal voice enabling managers understand current state, clarify goals, inspire their teams with vision, and view business decisions through the lens of people impact. You advise and coach management on all things people-related including: capability building, change management, organizational effectiveness, compensation, employee engagement to name a few. • Resilient in the face of constant change. You enjoy reframing challenges into opportunities and possibility where there is ambiguity and change, focused on leadership, people, and culture as levers for progress. • Strategic and solution focused. You seek opportunities to connect prioritized business problems with high-impact solutions, consistently driving impactful outcomes wearing both the ‘creator’ and ‘doer’ hats. Provides business-specific people data insights (internal and external) and consulting to management to drive quality people decisions. • A proactive team player. You enjoy connecting the dots, broadening perspectives, and collaborating with members of the broader P&O organization and expert teams focusing on topics like Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Operations, Employee relations etc. You first seek to understand with curiosity and empathy, then, challenge with questions, and offer informed insights to collectively drive solutions. You are: - Experienced with 2-3+ years as an HR Business partner or in a related HR role, preferably with experience in customer-facing roles driving solutions - Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development a plus. - Adaptable and pivots between the strategic high level and granular day to day needs of a fast paced and diverse group of businesses, liaising with senior business leaders - Experienced working in an HR Ecosystem where the best ideas come from people working cross-functionally - Skilled in analysis of reports and drawing and communicating people insights (Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, PowerBI or Tableau is a plus!) - Self-organized and can execute topics/projects outlining processes and timelines to keep deliverables on track. - A strong communicator with experience in both pitching ideas/solutions to stakeholders and challenging existing norms and beliefs towards the goal of growth and ‘being better’.
