As part of the job, you will be requested to support the initiation, management and tracking of facilities organization's people programs in Kiryat Gat - including:
Hiring and integration of new EEs, Employees development programs, fun events, movie creation, HC reports analysis, and more.
The job will require working with techs, engineers, and managers as well as managing good interfaces with HR, finance partners, and others.

Qualifications

You should be a student currently registered to or pursuing an M.B.A. or a MA degree in fields of relevant study and have the ability to work 4 working days a week.

Work experience in hiring / HR field is required, with Excellent attention to details, process management and analytical skills.

You should be a great team player, innovative and creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationships with business partners.

You must have great communication skills both in Hebrew and in English
