Perfect Digital Store Manager

The Perfect Digital Store Manager is an accelerator of the online brand experience and plays a key role in ensuring that Royal Canin products are presented in line with the company strategy and values, whilst winning in visibility and discoverability. The job holder drives a strong and continuous upskilling agenda across the organization and plans for category growth, customer centricity and a constant optimization mindset.

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Driving the development and implementation of a MARS signature program: Perfect Digital Store
• Measuring and driving Royal Canin UK & Ireland online performance via iScore and Compliance score across Retail & Veterinary portfolios across priority e-commerce execution elements and QTT (Qualitative Trading Terms) structure
• Build and manage PiCoS (Pictures of Success) across various online platforms
• Codify omni & pure play retailer execution to create & evolve Perfect Digital Store hierarchy, taking learnings from established Perfect Store program
• Project management within PDS to ensure key elements are delivered according to plan
• Creation of strong and convincing selling stories to ensure customer buy-in
• Key customer collaboration to support program roll-out and compliance at the point of purchase
• Internal upskilling within sales/marketing/category management to ensure all plans have relevant Omni-Channel elements

 

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of customer facing experience in Digital Sales, Marketing, Agency, Trade Marketing or Category Management
• 3+ years’ experience within eCommerce and/or consumer goods (FMCG) is a strong asset
• Experience of executing online promotion, catalogue management, influencing external stakeholder to improve online execution and performance, for example product pages, search terms, brand pages, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
