Job Purpose:
- Perfect store Coordinator is responsible for leading the perfect store program in the LAN region. The program’s objective is to systematically improve physical availability and quality of execution of our products in Mexico.
- Acting as a project manager, the perfect store coordinator will ensure completion of determined plans and priorities.
Key Responsabilities:
- Perfect store coordinator is responsible for supporting perfect store project needs in Mexico. He/she will perform annual X-Ray analysis to determine perfect store priorities and will ensure multifunctional alignment.
- Throughout the year, the perfect store coordinator will track progress of defined actions and priorities holding others accountable to ensure completion of expected plans. He/she will analyze both internal and external factors that can impact fulfillment of plans and objectives in the region and act to close gaps or redesign plan accordingly.
- The job holder will ensure a clear connection of project design phases (Cat Vision, PICOFS) with day to day operation through appropriate key performance indicators. He/she will work closely with sales operations leaders in determining and tracking retail execution KPIs leveraging on best practices and global guidelines.
- The perfect store coordinator will combine retail execution KPIs with POS data, sell out information, Category Data, Service level information, etc. to generate in depth analysis that can yield specific and powerful recommendations to maximize results.
- Act as an integral part of MX Sales Operations team in the identification of regional needs, solutions and synergies. Play an active role in team engagement and collaboration agenda.
Context & Scope:
- The jobholder uses Sales POS data, AFS execution KPIs and perfect store methodology to generate relevant information and recommendations for the sales team to develop action plans to fulfill business objectives.
- This role is an individual contributor. It is essential for him/her to develop a close relationship with the MX one demand team (Sales, Field Sales, Category, CMK, etc.).
What we are looking for:
Education & Professional Qualification:
- University diploma/college degree in engineering, statistics, operations, business, marketing or related
- Advanced English (oral and written)
Knowledge/Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, planning or operations
- Strong influencing skills.
- Solid organization and planning skills. Results oriented.
- Strong aptitude for numbers and analysis – a must
- Understanding of sales processes and instore execution improvement
- Strong communication both written and verbal
