We are looking for Perfect Store Manager for Our Pet Nutrition Segment . The Perfect Store Program is a transformational signature process designed to drive quality NSV growth by step changing category execution and Mars presence both in store and on-line. This role exists to provide the expertise required to ensure Perfect Store is deployed to a high standard and in line with our global models, enabling markets to unlock the full potential of physical and digital executional excellence. The associate will serve as a key business partner for the global, regional and local demand leadership teams.

What are the key responsibilities?
Drive excellence in execution through Perfect Store
- Lead perfect store strategy aligned with local leadership team and senior global stakeholders
- Set program scope ensuring alignment with local and global ambitions.
- Define annual compliance and NSV growth ambitions
- Ensure allocate the right resource and develop the right capabilities to achieve their ambition
- Embed results in S&OP+ processes, ensuring integration of Perfect Store agenda
- Provide the company with deep market insights that allow decision making
- Participate in regional/global calls being the SPOC for Mexico
- Launch/update execution guidelines for each channel aligned with Category Leadership, Digital Commerce team, SRM, Marketing, and others
- Coordinate through direct reports the management of merchandising agency (~500 resources), area budget, data reportings, tracking system configuration
People Leader
- Lead, engage, and develop PS Team (~5 reports)
- Follow Mars methodology and guidelines, building robust PDPs and Development plans, follow up sessions and feeback
- Maximize team performance
