Job Summary The Enterprise Services finance team provides financial and commercial support to high value, long term projects and new business opportunities, working with internal stakeholders and external commercial and NHS partners. The ES Performance Controller role provides an opportunity to add value in many of our planning & reporting activities including budget setting, forecast delivery and month end closing process. This role also acts as our lead on all productivity reporting, continuously looking for improvement opportunities across all ES business areas. With digitalisation being a key enabler for a high performing finance function we expect the ES Performance Controller to drive every opportunity to leverage digitalisation in our processes. This role reports to one of our Head of Commercial Project Management roles. Job Responsibilities The key areas of focus for a high performing ES Performance Controller are: Focus on Planning & Reporting topics by supporting the CPM community in related tasks to include the regular forecasting and budgeting process Provide insight and analysis on our income statement, balance sheet and capital investment planning Support the governance model by producing analysis, reports and reconciliations required to meet applicable ICFR controls Be our productivity champion giving the topic the required focus across the business, ensuring all relevant measures are reported correctly to exceed annual targets Drive Digitalisation opportunities as owner of the planning and reporting processes by looking for areas of improvement Produce high quality management information as requested, being flexible enough to support time constrained ad hoc request Embrace future developments in the project accounting landscape, particularly the IT solutions, supporting any necessary development and testing Ideal Attributes CCAB part or newly qualified Ability to overcome obstacles with a willingness to learn from mistakes Enjoys collaborating and ability to work effectively in teams ; experience in new tools e.g., KNIME, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, UI Path with a strong growth and change mindset Good commercial acumen Desirable experience: Project Accounting SAP Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
