Your new role – challenging and future-oriented In your new role as "Performance Controller (f/m/d)" within our Business Unit Siemens Mobility Turnkey you will be responsible for the execution of controlling processes and for their strategic implementation and further development as well as continuous optimization. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and Performance Management. Furthermore, you will prepare analyses on the business development of the business unit and functions as well as its regions and prepare presentation documents. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of digital dashboards to facilitate the next level business controlling. You will identify relevant planning, closing and special controlling topics and present them to various management levels. We offer you the exciting task of helping to sustainably shape reporting processes in an international environment and to develop yourself within the commercial departments! Your qualifications – solid and approprite You hold a completed master’s degree in business administration or equivalent. You bring in long-term experience in controlling, accounting or a commercial role. Despite your financial experience you know how to create visual dashboards in tools like Tableau, QlikSense and/or Power BI. You are an entrepreneur and think creatively. In addition, a flair for mastering complexity and building trust with others, intercultural competencies and open approach to working on a global scale. Full proficiency in English is mandatory for this position. German language skills would be nice to have.
