The PI Engagement Manager is an integral part of the Enterprise Solutions (ES) Operations Team and works with our Value Partnerships to manage Performance Innovation deliverables for key client accounts, to ensure the highest level of value for both the client and the partnership. In your role you will explore opportunities to assist clients using Siemens, and Siemens’ business partner’s, portfolio and services, to improve quality of care, reduce costs, and grow revenue. You will have the unique opportunity to work with Enterprise Solutions internal and external business partners to craft projects that help drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness of clinical and operational processes within our Value Partnerships. You will lead client relationship development to drive key goals for client success with Performance Innovation. You will serve as an advisor to executive leadership (client and Siemens), and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and business partners, on all performance innovation matters with Value Partnerships. You will drive Performance Innovation excellence to ensure success with opportunity identification, project scope and valuation, and delivery to approved outcomes. You will remain current on all new and existing business partner offerings and create performance innovation opportunities within our Value Partnerships. You will deliver required performance innovation documentation and reporting according to client needs and contract requirements.
