Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Performance Innovation Engagement Manager This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in your career. The PI Engagement Manager is an integral part of the Enterprise Solutions (ES) Operations Team and works with our Value Partnerships to manage Performance Innovation deliverables for key client accounts, to ensure the highest level of value for both the client and the partnership. In your role you will explore opportunities to assist clients using Siemens, and Siemens’ business partner’s, portfolio and services, to improve quality of care, reduce costs, and grow revenue. You will have the unique opportunity to work with Enterprise Solutions internal and external business partners to craft projects that help drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness of clinical and operational processes within our Value Partnerships. You will lead client relationship development to drive key goals for client success with Performance Innovation. You will serve as an advisor to executive leadership (client and Siemens), and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and business partners, on all performance innovation matters with Value Partnerships. You will drive Performance Innovation excellence to ensure success with opportunity identification, project scope and valuation, and delivery to approved outcomes. You will remain current on all new and existing business partner offerings and create performance innovation opportunities within our Value Partnerships. You will deliver required performance innovation documentation and reporting according to client needs and contract requirements. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have working knowledge of current trends in healthcare, including value-based healthcare, acute/ambulatory delivery, population health management. You have engagement management, project/program management and/or consulting experience in a performance improvement environment You have working knowledge of healthcare operations You are results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive client impact while balancing business needs. You can manage multiple programs, projects, and priorities.
