Job objective:
- Develop and enhance BI reports for supporting sales better
- Ensure the result of contest is quick and accurate 100%
- Process Improvement

Job responsibilities:

• Provide all kind of report on daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly and statistic to Bank Partner and management board for supporting contest strategic planning covering recruitment, production, sales activity
• Clean, process, analyze business and customer data and interpret analytical results to help business come up with actionable insights
• Maintains/enhance and ensure all kind of contest update/result/claw back to support the sales team activities
• Manage the contest calculation and payment for all of PD sales force.
• Build/Enhance BI reports to support daily work of report team and sales team
• Work with IT and other relevant departments to improve and adjust BI reports on portal.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of Economics, IT
• At least 03 years of working experience in Mis/Data Analytics/Contest
• Experience in Insurance / Banking / Finance
• Specific skills in Excel, SQL, data analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills and data driven mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills to work across teams
• A drive to learn and master new knowledge and technologies
• Good presentation skills
