The Opportunity:

• We are looking for the position of Performance Insight, Specialist to contribute to Partnership Distribution growth by measuring all business operations and increasing TDA strategy adoption through technological and reporting automation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the database is available, well-structured, and capable of tracking all business processes.
• Working with sales and operations teams to develop solutions and deliver performance insight via daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Providing guidance to sales teams on how to cooperate with partners and overseeing data reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to improve data quality by centralizing, organizing, and cleaning data, as well as automating the report production generation.
• Other responsibilities delegated by the line manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or IT…
• At least 02 years of experience in similar position in insurance, banking or financial industry.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Access, experienced with BI tool (Power BI, Tableur,…) is an advantage.
• Good at data management skills
