Job Description

Objective of job
• Department Performance Procurement & Communication Management
• Support Director, Office Management and Team’s Daily Operations

Task description
• Performance and Financial Management
- Collect, process, record, analyse and report financial data and HR planning data according to the financial management processes
- Review financial and HR planningdata of E3 department for feasibility, consistency and completeness
- Check that financial transactions are performed in line with financial management methods, rules and guidelines
- Provide frameworks and guidelines for ensuring standardized and comparable result
- Identify, define & provide inputs to implement interfaces with all related processes and tools and generate performance reports
• Secretarial Support to Director
- Be responsible for Director’s daily schedule, incl Meeting/Appointment/ Business Trip arrangement
- Prepare daily work folder and priority meeting folder, check and prepare slides, doc., do documentation and archive.
- Sort our, classify and dile all Director’s documents
- Signature management
- Handle reimbursement issue
• Communication
- Communicating with internal and external parties on day to day business work
- Researching and gathering informations as required by Director
• Agile Working Mode Support
- Kanban & Electronic Kanbo tool maintainence.
- Other tasks related to Agile working mode: Projects support, Retrospective, utilization, etc.
