Position: Performance Management

Function: Finance

• Formulating and improving the system and process of financial budget and financial analysis, and assist business departments in preparing and summarizing financial budget, and regularly conduct budget difference analysis and countermeasure research;
• Participate in the preparation of the bank's comprehensive budget planning, conduct internal performance tracking assessment, and propose suggestions on the bank's current and future financial situation, operating results, major financial indicators, and project profitability;
• Analyze the bank's business performance regularly (monthly, quarterly and annual), and provide timely and accurate analysis reports;
• Conduct in-depth and special analysis on the problems and potential risks existing in the bank's operation process, propose suggestions on control and improvement, provide data and information support for management decisions, supervise and ensure that the financial data
  and indicators of the bank's business departments meet the risk requirements formulated by group;
• Cooperate with leaders to ensure that the statistical data quality of business department can meet the group's requirements;
• Assist the team leader to effectively achieve the set goals;

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
• At least 5 years in financial analysis in banking
• Good knowledge in banking products
