PNP validation engineer will be responsible to execute Performance and Power validations for Server/Client products, extended platform support, and Intel Platforms updates to release worldwide.

- Knowledgeable in software development in Python (and libraries), C/C++, BASH.
- Demonstrate data analysis skills and apply the structured problem-solving processes to analyze, define experiments, root cause and provide technical recommendation on software changes and opportunities.
- Able to work on Windows and Open-source environments.
- Knowledgeable in Intel platforms, IFWI changes (BIOS, uCODE), Security vulnerabilities, mitigation, and fixes.
- Experience in power/performance validations (target workloads, HW infrastructure, power measurements), performance analysis tools, and thermals validations.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
BSc/MSc on Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering with 1.5+ years of experience OR 4+ years of relevant experience in lieue of degree.
Experience with/in:
- Computer Systems architecture concepts and usage models.
- Software development in Python (and libraries), C/C++, BASH.
- Data analysis skills and apply the structured problem-solving processes to analyze, define experiments, root cause and provide technical recommendations on software changes and opportunities.
- Windows and Open-source environments.
- Candidate must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
