2. Position
Drama Performance teachers of English for children, to teach stage performance, motivate the students’ talent.(Full-time)

3. Full-time Pay
Salary:
A. Base salary: 8,000 RMB per month;
B. Housing allowance: 1,000 RMB per month;
C. KPI bonus: 0 to 500 RMB per month;
D. Yearly bonus: 7,000 RMB after contract finished;
E. 150 RMB per hour for over-time;
F. Bonus for successful demos, student re-sign and student/teacher recommendation.

Welfare:
A. Working time: 20 teaching hours per week;
B. Support on working visa application;

4. Requirements
A. Native English speaker;
B. At least two-year drama teaching experience in China;
C. Certificate of TESOL, TEFL, CLTEA preferred;
D. Degree of Bachelor’s or Master’s;
E. Diploma of education or stage performance preferred;
F. Passionate, enthusiastic and outgoing, good at singing, dancing, performing and communication.
