Job Description
- Assist Managing Director in all aspects of management, follow up general planning;
- Organize regular meetings and project meetings, release the meeting minutes timely (within demanded time limit) and accurately;
- Research, draft and write reports, proposals, and correspondence for the MD;
- General market research and liaising with suppliers & customers;
- Assist MD in planning, promoting and organizing activities related to visitors;
- Keep and maintain licenses & certificates of the company. Ensure 100% of them being updated before deadline;
- Ensure the proper usage of company official seal and contract seal by strictly implementing the documentation approval procedure in case that MD is not available;
- Cooperate with the routine administrative work and the work of other departments if needed (especially the organization of some big activities e.g. annual party etc.);
- Implement special job arranged by MD timely and accurately;
- Couriering product samples to the company’s international offices and labs;
- Assist on all translation and interpretation related duties, both oral and written of English to Chinese and vice versa;
- Support meetings: preparation of meetings (agenda, meeting papers, minutes, room preparation): translation in meetings;
- General office administration tasks as necessary;
- Travel outside of Shanghai may be required.
Reports to: Managing Director Asia Pacific & China
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in English or related;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English both written and oral;
- Minimum TEM-8 certificate, TOEFL preferred, and excellent translation capability;
