A well established and progressive print and paper organization in Kowloon Bay is looking for new team member.
Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support to CEO (expatriate)
Assist in specific project management which assigned by CEO(expatriate)
All rounded secretarial role and general secretarial support
Assist in coordination with internal and external parties
Perform analyst in EXCEL and Prepare PowerPoint
Assist in answering emails and prepare letters
Responsible for travel arrangements, air-tickets, visas, restaurant table bookings
Assist in personal issues, such as arrange payments for expenses etc.
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Excellent communication of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Well-organized, pleasant character, self-motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Immediately available is highly preferred. We offer 5 days work and bank holiday
