Job Description

We are hiring for a newly established travel company in Hong Kong that serves both inbound and outbound tourism. 

The company’s objectives are to provide excellent in-depth travel experience and to promote cultural exchange, family values, character building, and service-learning.  The services include comprehensive private tours, theme tours, education tours, and business tours.  A portion of its profit will go to employee welfare and a pool to help people in need.  This start-up office is small but with potential and flexibility to grow.

Job Description

  • Support the senior executive by keeping her organized, on-schedule and effective
  • Perform office admin and com sec duties
  • Handle simple accounting entries and update the company website
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders and prepare presentation slides
  • Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and proactively follow up on related issues
  • Assist in research of information from different sources

 

Requirements

  • Not afraid to learn and use the latest technology like Google Suite and Office 365
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Have basic book-keeping knowledge is a plus
  • Independent correspondences both in English and Chinese
  • No age limit as long as the talent can prove that he/she is capable of the job
