We are hiring for our client.
We encourage you to apply if you are well organized, responsible and enjoy taking challenges in a start-up business. You will enjoy 5-day work, bank holidays, not much OT, and profit sharing at year end. The office is located in Causeway Bay and is easily accessed by MTR and buses.
Job Description
- Support the senior executive by keeping her organized, on-schedule and effective
- Perform office admin and com sec duties
- Handle simple accounting entries and update the company website
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and prepare presentation slides
- Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and proactively follow up on related issues
- Assist in research of information from different sources
Requirements
- Not afraid to learn and use new technology
- Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel
- Will be a plus if experienced in using Goodle Suite and Office 365
- Independent correspondences both in English and Chinese
- No age limit as long as the talent can prove that he/she is capable of the job
