Job Description

We are hiring for our client.  

 

We encourage you to apply if you are well organized, responsible and enjoy taking challenges in a start-up business.  You will enjoy 5-day work, bank holidays, not much OT, and profit sharing at year end.   The office is located in Causeway Bay and is easily accessed by MTR and buses.    

 

Job Description

  • Support the senior executive by keeping her organized, on-schedule and effective
  • Perform office admin and com sec duties
  • Handle simple accounting entries and update the company website
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders and prepare presentation slides
  • Attend meetings, take meeting minutes and proactively follow up on related issues
  • Assist in research of information from different sources

 

Requirements

  • Not afraid to learn and use new technology
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Will be a plus if experienced in using Goodle Suite and Office 365
  • Independent correspondences both in English and Chinese
  • No age limit as long as the talent can prove that he/she is capable of the job
