Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are inviting applications with the following requirements:
Job Duties:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executive;
- Responsible for calendar management and coordinating meetings with internal and external parties;
- Handle the collection and filing of documents and prepare expense claims;
- Name card management;
- Organize and manage travel arrangements logistics including agendas, flights, hotels, ground transportation etc.;
- Handle projects or other duties as assigned by Senior Executive or Department In-Charge of Management Decision Committee Office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Management or related discipline in reputable universities
- Two years of relevant experience in sizable organization, prior experiences in supporting top management and executive is highly preferred;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak native Mandarin;
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational and coordination skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Good time management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Frequent business travel is required
