Job Description
Personal Assistant – Job Description

1)Assistance of the General Manager:
Follow up GM’s business matters;
Follow up GM’s personal matters;
2)Customer Service:
Solve all our clients’ housing related issues.
Pre check-in (police office registration, internet installation, cable tv installation, arrange fapiao etc.);
Check-in: record the utility meters and complete the furniture list. Hand over the key to clients;
Check-out: return the deposit, make sure clients have paid all the utilities and collect all the keys from the tenant;
Answer emails, phone calls or texts from clients as soon as possible. Always cc the Marketing Manager in the emails so she can supervise the process and give you the feedback;
Follow up with clients during and after their issue is solved;
3)Coordination of other departments and secretarial duties:
Coordinate the projects with sales and marketing department and smooth the communication between each other;
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and mail, often corresponding on behalf of the GM;
Cashier;
Sourcing apartments for Sales Assistants;
Basic company finance (salaries, income and expenses);
Collect and organize information (such as pictures, landlord phone numbers etc.);
