Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for arranging travel arrangements including hotel reservations, flight bookings and others personal matters.
  • Handle phone calls and enquiries.
  • Perform general secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above.
  • 1-2 years secretarial or administration support experience is an an advantage. Fresh Graduates are also welcomed.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work under pressure with flexibility, meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Familiar with MS Office application, include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
