Job Description

Location: Yerevan Armenia


Job Responsibilities:

  • Finance Controlling:

Creating financial format for Cash in advance request and reimbursement report; Formulating the financial procedure within Armenia Organization (65 people); Reviewing all financial reports;

Helping calculate the salaries of all the employees;

Negotiating with suppliers, making contracts and purchases, and following up the contracts.

l Marketing and BD activities:

Writing Proposal for different events; Creating company PowerPoint presentation;

Organizing and attending different exhibitions, like banner and flyer design and printing; Coordinating quotation for different clients;

Doing research of the market in CIS region.

l PR activities:

Making connections with China ambassador and counselor; Communicating with Armenia governmental officers;

Attending different event organized by Chinese Embassy and Armenia Government.

l IT support:

Solving different IT cases, rebuilding laptops, etc.; Helping designing the network of Armenian office; Supporting to establish switch room in Armenia office; Programming IP phones.



l Admin activities:

Managing diaries of Head of FMD KL Europe:

Arranging meetings for Head, writing Meeting minutes and following up the main activities discussed;

Arranging logistics for Executives’ visits, such as, airport pick-up, hotel reservation, meal arrangement, etc.

Booking international flights and hotels; Making reimbursement reports for Head;

Coordinating different actions among the employees; Establishing the recruitment procedure in Armenian office.




Qualification:

  • Fluent Spoken English and written English
  • At least bachelor degree
  • Detail-oriented
  • Creative at work
  • With a little bit designing skill
  • Good at PowerPoint
