Personal assistant

Job Description:


Responsible in assisting the CEO in various issues such as: researches, negotiations, presentations, schedule planning, business trips co-ordinations, translations, local suppliers, business reports and statistics, data base management, administration management and responsible for the overall functions of the CEO and the office.


Qualification

1. Fluent English.


2. Work experience as a personal assistant

3. At least 1year experience working for a foreign company.

4. Business negotiations skills.

5. Computer skills must include: excel, world and power point
