Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to CEO (expatriate)
- Assist in specific project management which assigned by CEO(expatriate)
- All rounded secretarial role and general secretarial support
- Assist in coordination with internal and external parties
- Perform analyst in EXCEL and Prepare PowerPoint
- Assist in answering emails and prepare letters
- Responsible for travel arrangements, air-tickets, visas, restaurant table bookings
- Assist in personal issues, such as arrange payments for expenses etc.
Required
- Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Excellent communication of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Well-organized, pleasant character, self-motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
