Job Description

- Manage daily office administration, monitor daily progress of workforce and prepare daily reports;

- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets;

- Dealing with correspondences, such as calls, email, faxes and post on behalf of the CEO;

- Organising and attending meetings, ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;

- Facilitate communication between the workforce and the CEO, liaising with clients, suppliers and factories;

- Manage daily schedule of CEO, making sure that is time is utilized efficiently;

- Complete any other job-related tasks given by CEO;

- HR platforms updating and maintenance;

- Recruiting responsibilities;

- HR support regarding documentation for employees and interns.

- Keep updated information about Chinese regulations for visas, registration and work permit for foreigners.

1、 负责管理办公室日常行政事务,监控团队的日常工作进度,准备日常报告;

2、 定期编制办公室的开支和预算报告;

3、 作为上司在办公室的联系人,负责处理来电、电邮、传真和邮件;

4、 组织和参加会议,确保上司为会议做好充分准备;

5、 作为上司和员工的沟通渠道;与客户、供应商和公场进行接洽和联络;

6、 管理上司的日常时间表,确保上司的时间得以有效应用;

7、 完成上司吩咐的其余工作相关任务;

8、 负责更新和运营公司在招聘平台的账号,以及人才招聘;

9、 为新来员工和外籍实习生办理人事部手续,并了解有关的最新规定,如签证、工作许可、住宿登记等。

Qualifications

- University degree, Human Resources relevant field preferable;

- At least a year of working experience with knowledge of office procedures;

- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, particularly);

- Diligent and organised, good time management skills;

- Detail-oriented, creative mind-set and ability to analyse different situations and take actions;

- Responsible and takes initiative, good in decision-making;

- Native Chinese speaker, German language skills will be a plus;

- Fluent English speaking and writing skills (at least CET 6 /IELTS 6 or equivalent);

1、 具有大专以上学历,人事相关者优先;

2、 至少一年相关工作经验,熟悉办公流程;

3、 熟悉办公程序和管理软件的操作,如MS Office(尤其是MS Excel和MS Word);

4、 勤奋、组织能力、时间管理能力好;

5、 细心、创意,并能针对不同情况进行分析并做出行动解决;

6、 做事负责、积极主动,有决策能力;

7、 中文为母语,会粤语、德语者优先;

8、 流利的英语听说读写能力,英语CET6级以上为佳。
