Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •  Provide full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial support to Managing

Director

  •  Leasing matters of residential and commercial properties
  •  Develop and maintain good relationships
  •  Work closely with the various parties related to leasing and business operations
  •  Conduct market research and prepare various reports
  •  Assist in executing projects and take ownership to monitor and report progress

 Requirements:

      ·   Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience (working for senior management level required)
  • Experience in property related industry
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Enjoys working with people and able to develop and maintain good relationships
  • Enjoys being part of a lean and close-knit team
  • Independent, proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good business sense and passionate to learn
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
