Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial support to Managing
Director
- Leasing matters of residential and commercial properties
- Develop and maintain good relationships
- Work closely with the various parties related to leasing and business operations
- Conduct market research and prepare various reports
- Assist in executing projects and take ownership to monitor and report progress
Requirements:
· Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of work experience (working for senior management level required)
- Experience in property related industry
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Enjoys working with people and able to develop and maintain good relationships
- Enjoys being part of a lean and close-knit team
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good business sense and passionate to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
