Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support and personal assistance to senior management 
  • Organize work plans, prioritize tasks and keep up-to-date schedule of appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Handle household matters , manage travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills – MS Office and Chinese Word processing
  • Pleasant, cheerful and detail-minded 
  • Willing to work at flexible working hours when necessary 
  • Working location: Wong Chuk Hang(5 mins walk from MTR Station)
