Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of administrative support and personal assistance to senior management
- Organize work plans, prioritize tasks and keep up-to-date schedule of appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Handle household matters , manage travel arrangements and expense claims
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills – MS Office and Chinese Word processing
- Pleasant, cheerful and detail-minded
- Willing to work at flexible working hours when necessary
- Working location: Wong Chuk Hang(5 mins walk from MTR Station)
