Job Duties:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the director and the team
Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team
Prepare business reports, presentation materials
Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
Arrange and schedule appointments and meetings
Willing to perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year in administrative position (Fresh grad also will be consider)
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing
Proficient in spoken Chinese and English. Native Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone manners
Work independently with minimum supervisions
