Our Business throughout kindergardens, primary schools and community centres. 為公司管理層及團隊提供秘書及行政工作
管理日程、約會和會議、草擬信函及其他行政職務
負責會議工作:包括撰寫會議議程及會議記錄
負責一般文書工作, 接聽來電, 接洽及聯絡公司客戶, 跟進及撰寫電郵,文件整理及資料輸入。
處理老闆私人事務及一般辦公室工作公司事務,跟進分派的工作 ,間中需外出工作。
Assist and Report to the management team in daily work.
Organize and attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Co-ordinate with Departments and keep track of projects.
Manage schedules, meeting arrangement, daily appointment and travel plans.
Provide administrative supports to Directors in business affairs
Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence independently
Handle the ad-hoc projects as being assigned
Chines and English typing is a must
Full-time,Contract,Permanent
