Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the Senior Executive's private matters
  • Manage a wide range of high-level administrative support to the Senior Executive
  • Arrange and escort the Senior Executive to business and private events and overseas trips
  • Facilitate and arrange for the booking of tickets, arrange accommodations and all traveling arrangements for the Senior Executive
  • Develop and manage the itinerary for tours, ensure the program is carried out as planned

 

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Personal Assistant
  • Willing to work extended hours**
  • Willing to take overseas trips and serve high level delegation
  • Patient, detail conscious and vigilant in caretaking
  • Strong interpersonal skill with good commend of Chinese and English
  • Proactive and able to work under stress and pressure
  • Frequent travel is required **
