【应届生】Personal Assistant to ABM (6 month contractor)

Job Description
- Handles all administrative and office support to the ABM with a high level of independence, initiative, discretion, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate office services matters relating to the Shanghai office including janitorial and driver services; including office renovation/expansion projects
- Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings, conferences and special events.
- Interacts professionally and effectively with colleagues across the Greater China BU and if necessary, other Chevron offices outside of the region
- Documents and schedule management with instant follow-up and proper handling of sensitive and classified materials
- Coordinates travel logistics and prepares detailed itineraries. Prepares detailed trip binder for meetings and trips. Liaise with CWT on travel requests.
- Tracks and coordinates the ABM’s business/personal trip requirements (i.e., passports, visas, immunizations, photos, etc.).
- Tracks and gathers related expenses and compiles P-Card expense reports.
- Processes information and runs reports in SAP and LPS
- Handles other ad hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time.

任职要求:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3~5 years’ working experience as administrator or admin assistant to management roles of multi-national companies
- Detail-oriented with abundant experience in time management and priorities set-up
- Can work and deliver under pressure and adapt readily to diverse working environment
- Ability to use MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, experience in using SAP is an asset
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
