Job Description
Job Highlights:
- Report to the CEO
- Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support for the CEO
- Ensure the office administrative functions are properly carried out
- Prepare presentation materials for seminars, meetings, etc
- Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement
- Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance
- Manage expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, with major in Administration preferred
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good writing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Multi-tasking and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
