Job Description

Job Highlights:

  • Report to the CEO
  • Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support for the CEO
  • Ensure the office administrative functions are properly carried out
  • Prepare presentation materials for seminars, meetings, etc
  • Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement
  • Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance
  • Manage expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder, with major in Administration preferred
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good writing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Multi-tasking and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate availability preferred
