Job duties:
To provide full spectrum of professional and personal assistance and secretarial support to Directors;
Schedule and attend meetings, and co-ordinate with participants for follow up actions after the meeting;
To handle internal and external correspondences independently;
Organize travel arrangements, prepare itinerary, presentation and meeting materials and other logistics arrangements;
To organize PR activities/ art events at both local and overseas and assist in ad hoc projects if necessary;
To set up and maintain filing system in Creative studio.
Required skills and experience:
Speak fluent Cantonese/English/Japanese;
Degree holder in business administration or related discipline;
At least 10 years of relevant experience in serving Senior Executives in sizeable companies;
Experience in art and design industry;
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with flexible and independent personality;
Positive, helpful, comfortable with multi-tasking and able to work under pressure;
Sound IT knowledge, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop, etc.;
Frequent travelling is required;
Able to work overtime and on flexihours.
