Providing the highest standards of support to the General Manager in his daily tasks
• Help the general manager to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial, meetings and administrative tasks.
• Maintain professional and strict business confidentiality at all times about client, company, strategies, budget and all employee related matters.
• Prepare hotel presentations and reports assigned by the general manager
• Translate, forward immediately all urgent communication from/to the executive office
• Provide full coordination, support and assistance for any requests by the Hotel Owners , the hotel management and AccorHotels Corporate Office
Work Experience
General education related to hospitality.
• Previous hotel/hospitality experience.
• Experience in a similar Personal Assistant/Administration Manager or Executive Secretary role would be beneficial.
• Confident communicator at all levels.
• Discrete, flexible, self-motivated, proactive and open-minded to new ideas
• Work with a good self-time management
• Up-to-date with the latest apps and gadgets, and with professional best practice.
• High levels of organizational skills and efficiency.
• Capable of competently managing the office in the manager’s absence
• Plan and organize meetings, taking action points and writing minutes
• Maintain the strictest confidentialityconfidentiality at all times.
• Computer literacy: advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint; at least an intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Pre-opening experience would be an advantage
• Khmer native and excellent in translation to and from English
