Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide secretarial and executive support to Management including but not limited to preparation of reports, presentation files, perform various forms of analysis….etc.
  • Responsible for interpretation and translation, arranging meeting schedule, itinerary, and personal matters of the Management
  • Organize or coordinate events, meetings and business conference for APAC Region and / or HK Office
  • Close liaise and coordinate with HQ, internal and external parties
  • Assist in providing reception and administration support for the office
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree or above.  
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience, preferably with knowledge in the aviation or logistics industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Experience for interpretation and translation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good time management, detail-minded, honest, hardworking, presentable, adaptive to multinational working environment  
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
